Important: These Terms govern access to and use of RentoStreet, including its website, dashboards, listings, support tools, messaging, payment flows, verification systems and related services. By using RentoStreet, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform role

RentoStreet operates as a technology-enabled real-estate marketplace and service platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, RentoStreet is not the owner, seller, purchaser, landlord, tenant, broker, developer, builder, legal representative, escrow agent, financial adviser or guarantor of any property transaction between users.

2. No guarantee of transaction, title or property condition

RentoStreet does not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale, rental, lease, booking, visit or completed transaction. Users must independently verify title, ownership, encumbrances, approvals, zoning, measurements, construction quality, legal status, tax obligations, regulatory compliance, possession status and all other material property information before making any commitment or payment.

3. User responsibility and lawful use

Users must provide accurate information, use only their own lawful contact details, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from impersonation, fraud, spam, harassment, misleading claims, unlawful discrimination, intellectual-property infringement or publication of prohibited content.

4. Listings

A user who publishes a property listing confirms that they have lawful authority to publish the listing and any associated photographs, videos, floor plans, descriptions, prices, contact information and documents. RentoStreet may review, edit, suspend, reject, hide, de-rank or remove listings at its discretion where required for platform quality, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance or policy enforcement.

5. Listing fees, payments and third-party payment providers

RentoStreet may charge listing, promotion, subscription, service or assisted-selling fees shown before payment. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay. RentoStreet is not responsible for outages, card-network failures, bank declines or third-party processing delays outside its reasonable control. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a refund policy, fees for consumed or activated services may be non-refundable.

6. Verification and badges

Any “verified”, “approved”, “reviewed”, “trusted” or similar badge indicates only that certain information or documents were reviewed under an internal platform process. Such badges are not legal opinions, warranties of title, guarantees of authenticity, guarantees of transaction safety or substitutes for independent legal, technical and financial due diligence.

7. User communications and site visits

Users may communicate through RentoStreet-supported tools and may arrange property visits. Users are responsible for their own communications, meetings, payments, negotiations and personal safety. RentoStreet may retain communication metadata, enquiry records and operational logs for safety, support, fraud prevention and service improvement, subject to the Privacy Policy.

8. Assisted selling and support services

Assisted-selling, CRM, support and follow-up services may help organise enquiries, calls, visits and sales workflows. They do not create a fiduciary relationship, guarantee closing of a transaction, or constitute legal, tax, valuation or investment advice unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Property Wish service

The Property Wish feature allows users to submit preferences, budgets and requirements for follow-up by RentoStreet representatives. Submission of a wishlist does not guarantee that a matching property exists, that a seller will accept an offer, or that RentoStreet acts as a legal representative, investment adviser or guarantor. Representatives may contact users using the details associated with their account for the purpose of discussing relevant property options.

Short Stay marketplace

Short Stay listings are temporary accommodation listings offered by property hosts or owners. RentoStreet is a marketplace technology provider and does not guarantee accommodation quality, availability, host conduct, guest conduct, amenities, parking, safety, regulatory permissions or suitability. Hosts remain responsible for lawful operation of short-stay accommodation and guests remain responsible for complying with property rules, local laws and booking conditions. Any booking, cancellation, damage, deposit or refund terms displayed for a specific stay may supplement these Terms.

Property bidding

The Bidding feature enables users to submit non-binding or binding offers depending on the terms displayed for the specific property. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a bid displayed on RentoStreet does not by itself create a completed sale, convey title, form a registered property transfer or guarantee acceptance by the owner. The property owner may accept or reject bids subject to applicable law and the listing terms. RentoStreet may suspend bidding activity where it detects manipulation, collusion, fake bids, identity concerns, payment risk or other abuse.

9. Intellectual property

RentoStreet branding, software, interface designs, databases, logos, text, graphics and platform features are owned by or licensed to RentoStreet and may not be copied, reverse engineered, scraped, reproduced, resold or commercially exploited except as permitted by law or written authorization.

10. User content licence

By uploading content, users grant RentoStreet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute and use that content solely for operating, promoting and improving the platform and associated listings, subject to applicable law.

11. Prohibited automation, scraping and abuse

Users may not bypass access controls, scrape or harvest platform data at scale, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malware, automate abusive messaging, manipulate rankings, create deceptive accounts, interfere with payment flows or attempt unauthorized access to another account or administrative area.

12. Third-party services

RentoStreet may integrate with services such as WhatsApp, Google, Google Maps, analytics providers, advertising networks, email providers and payment gateways. Use of such third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

13. Advertising

RentoStreet may display advertisements, sponsored listings, uploaded media advertisements or third-party advertising units. Advertising does not imply endorsement by RentoStreet. Advertisers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their claims.

14. Account suspension and termination

RentoStreet may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts, listings, promotions or access where there is suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, legal risk, security risk, policy violation or conduct harmful to users, the platform or third parties.

15. Service availability

RentoStreet may modify, suspend or discontinue features, integrations or services. The platform is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RentoStreet and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profit, data, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform or a property transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentoStreet and its representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from unlawful use of the platform, user content, misrepresentation, infringement of third-party rights or breach of these Terms.

18. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the RentoStreet Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

19. Changes to these Terms

RentoStreet may update these Terms when services, laws, business practices or platform features change. Updated Terms become effective when published, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdictional rights that cannot be waived. The specific courts, arbitration mechanism or legal venue should be finalized with qualified counsel based on the legal entity operating RentoStreet and its registered office.
